浙江红船干部学院坐落于红船旁南湖边，中国共产党的诞生地——浙江省嘉兴市，2018年1月经中共浙江省委批准成立，由中共浙江省委组织部和中共嘉兴市委共同管理。与中共嘉兴市委党校合署办公。

学院以弘扬伟大建党精神和红船精神，深入开展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究、宣传与教育为主要任务，突出国际视野、战略高度、中国定位、浙江品牌，打造不忘初心的政治学院、红船精神的研究学院、新发展理念的知行学院、引领未来的创新学院、世界政党的交流学院。

学院拥有绿树成荫、小桥流水的景观布局，物联互通、人工智能的智慧校园，红色基因、人文品味的校园文化，为学员的学习、培训和生活营造了良好的环境和氛围。

学院由云东校区和文昌校区组成，共占地面积158亩，建筑面积7万余平方米，校园设施齐全、功能完备，拥有现代化的教学设施、图书馆、文体馆和学员公寓，可同时容纳800多名学员在校学习。

学院成立后，先后承办了中央组织部、中央网信办、外交部、国家信访局、文化和旅游部、商务部、国务院国资委、中央党校、中央团校、光明日报、中国浦东干部学院等部门和单位委托举办的培训班1900余期，办班地域基本实现国内全覆盖。

学院列入中组部“省（自治区、直辖市）党性教育干部学院目录”，入选中联部国际交流中心培训基地，被中央团校确定为党性教育基地；先后荣获“浙江省文明单位”“浙江省先进基层党组织”“浙江省建设清廉机关、创建模范机关工作先进集体”荣誉称号。

 Introduction to Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Academy
Zhejiang Redboat Executive Leadership Academy is located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. On the South Lake in the East China's city rests one of the most famous boats in the country -- the Red Boat. It is on the very boat that the Communist Party of China came into being. With its establishment approved by Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee in January 2018, the Academy is jointly run by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee. Staff at the Academy share the same offices with those at the Party School of Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee.

The mandate of the Academy is to carry forward the great founding spirit of the Communist Party of China and  the Red Boat Spirit by conducting in-depth researches, publicity and education of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It is done with an international vision, strategic perspective, Chinese positioning and Zhejiang brand. At the Academy, we aim to stay true to the original aspiration, earnestly study the Red Boat Spirit, produce new ideas for development, foster innovative growth, and communicate with political parties around the world.

If you walk into the Academy, you will be greeted with lush trees, slow-moving rivers and small bridges. In addition to a beautiful landscape, the Academy is highly intelligent as it is connected by the Internet of Things. Also, it has a campus culture steeped in a “red gene”. All these help create a pleasant environment for students to live and learn.

The Academy has 2 campuses, with one on Yundong Road and the other Wenchang Road. They cover a combined land area of 105,000 m2 and a floor area of more than 70,000 m2. These campuses are equipped with modern teaching facilities, a library, a gym and dormitories. More than 800 students are able to study at the Academy at the same time.

Since its inception, the Academy has undertaken more than 1000 training sessions, as entrusted by such departments as the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Bureau for Letters and Calls, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, the Party School of the Central Committee of CCYL, Guangming Daily, and China Executive Leadership Academy in Pudong.Trainees come from almost every part of China.

The Academy was listed by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC in the Directory of Cadres' Party Education Bases approved by a provincial (ministerial) party committee (leading party group) ，selected as International Exchange Center Training Base by International Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and identified as Party Education Base by Central School of Communisy Youth League of China.
